Installing Blogger or WordPress to build your website is totally up to you.  Personally, I like them both.  Blogger is really user-friendly, but it limits you when it comes to their themes and other things that help drive traffic to your site.  If you decide to use Blogger to start a blog or build your website for business, you can always use free blogger backgrounds to help give it the look and feel you want and to make your site pop.

WordPress is another great platform for building your website, but honestly, it can be somewhat complicated to use.  I started using WordPress a few years ago and found it beyond complicated. I went over to Webs and then I decided to try Weebly, two great web building platforms, but I kept going back to WordPress because I liked their themes along with all the great features that they provide for building great and unique websites.  After trial and error I was finally able to master WordPress and I love it. I use WordPress for all my websites.  I also use Blogger and Weebly because of their ease of use.  I also discovered that  WordPress was easier to use than I realized and it is now my go to website platform and I highly recommend it. If you’re computer and tech savvy, then perhaps you may find that WordPress is perfect for building your brand and business.  WordPress has a ton of great plugins and other features that makes this sweetheart stand out from all the rest.

WHAT KIND OF WEBSITE DO YOU NEED?

The answer to this question will depend on your business.  If you are going to be selling merchandise such as jewelry or clothing then you may want to create an commerce website or perhaps you need a membership site.  I suggest that you do your research to ensure that you create the right site as you work to build your business and your brand.
